At least we think so. Sophia scoops it out of the bowl and eats it with a spoon. She doesn’t even require chips.
1/4 cup Red Onion, Minced
1 Roma Tomato, Diced
Jalapeños, minced (optional)
1 tsp Cumin
Salt to taste
1 Tbs lemon or lime juice
Save seed from avocado aside. Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add onions, jalapeños, lemon/lime and cumin to bowl.
Add tomatoes after you mix everything above. I don’t like to over mix or squash the tomatoes.
Add salt to taste and put the avocado seed into the bowl. Enjoy!
